What is the MicroLaser Peel™?

The MicroLaser Peel™ is an advanced, non-surgical method of treating skin conditions associated with aging and over exposure to the sun. This would include fine lines, hyperpigmentation, uneven tone and texture. Also referred to as the "weekend" peel, this is the ideal treatment for those who want immediate, lasting improvement in the appearance of their skin with minimal down time.The unique technology of the Sciton Laser, used in this treatment, allows for precise selection of the depth of each peel, depending on the severity of the conditions.

What should I expect during my MicroLaser Peel™?

During the procedure, a hand held computerized device delivers the laser beams into the deeper layers of the skin. This process eliminates damaged skin cells, making way for the immediate growth of new skin. A topical anesthetic is used to reduce any discomfort during the procedure. You will experience some degree of redness and slight peeling for 2-5 days following your MicroLaser Peel™. A series of peels may be recommended in order to achieve the correction you desire. Although this approach may be used as a stand-alone treatment, new techniques also allow for it to be used in combination with other technologies for accelerated correction of damaged skin.

Immediately following the healing period subsequent to a MicroLaser Peel™ you will notice a change in skin texture and tightness and an overall more vibrant, healthier, younger look!
